Where Dandelion Honey Comes From

One of the most frequent questions I get is “how do you get dandelion honey?”. This photo should explain it. Yes, those are all dandelions in the springtime!

Beanstalk Honey

Beanstalk Honey is located 30 km east of Edmonton. I started off growing vegetables following organic standards and now I keep bees without using antibiotics or synthetic chemicals. I sell honey at local farmers markets. This blog talks about what I’m doing, what products I currently have available, and where my food can be purchased. Thanks for looking!

Farmer’s Market and Online

For the 2020 season I will be selling honey at the Old Strathcona Market as usual. I’m along the west wall, near the back of the market.

Visit my new online store to pick-up honey outside the market.

The best way to get in touch with me is via email.
